Dash covers are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of order. If you have ordered your cover before 12:00p.m. Monday - Friday, then your cover is shipped on the same day. Seat covers can take between 2-5 weeks before they are shipped. Floor mats are shipped normally within 1 week of order. All other products vary depending on stock. There is NO RETURN on custom dash covers for any reason other than defects or workmanship in our product. You have 60 days to return them for a credit. Past 60 days there is no return on anything. All other products including seat covers are also non returnable unless express authorization has been issued to you. If authorization has been given to you for a return, you will need to put a copy of the invoice in the box, write on the copy who you spoke with, and your name as well. There is a $7.50 restock fee on dash covers, and up to 25% restock fee on all other products we offer. All special orders are non returnable for any reason except defects. All credits issued are for store credit only.
